Colors of Club Penguin

Herbert P. Bear is a polar bear from the Arctic Circle who ended up on Club Penguin — an island he finds intolerably cold and noisy. He's the EPF's most-wanted villain, having committed crimes ranging from theft to kidnapping agents. His goal is to turn Club Penguin into a warm, quiet paradise, entirely on his own terms.
